Aisha Al-Ziadneh was kidnapped on October 7th along with her father, Yosef Hamis Al-Ziadneh (53) and her two older brothers, Hamzah (21) and Bilal (18). The family worked in the dairy farm of Kibbutz Holit, what could be considered the most Zionist job there is, a far cry from the stereotype and narrative of "the wild south" or "the Bedouin rioters".
Aisha and Bilal were released after 55 days in Hamas captivity in Gaza, as part of a temporary cease-fire deal. Aisha is set to marry soon with one of the tribe's sons.
