Evyatar, a young man from Kfar Saba, is known for his love of life and passion for music. Evyatar was looking forward to going to the Nova music festival with his buddy Guy Gilboa-Dalal and their friends. Galia David, Evyatar’s mother, recalls a recent family vacation to Italy with her husband Avishay and children Ilay, Evyatar, and Ye’ela. The trip, a cherished family moment, is now a poignant memory as Evyatar was taken hostage by Hamas terrorists on October 7 from the Nova music festival near Re’im.

The last communication from Evyatar was during the festival, where he texted his mother about helping others evacuate amid the chaos. His family learned of his fate through a harrowing video showing him being taken hostage by Hamas terrorists. Since then, his absence has left a profound void in their lives, but they remain hopeful and united, eagerly awaiting Evyatar’s safe return home.
